Refund & Cancellation Policy

RunZones Coaching is a monthly subscription of £13.99/month, billed through Stripe. This page explains how cancellations and refunds work. It is intended to be simple and fair.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current paid period, and you will not be charged again. There is no cancellation fee and no long-term commitment.

Refunds

Because you can cancel anytime and keep access for the rest of the period you have paid for, we do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the current month by default. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. In particular, where the law requires it, we honour distance-selling / cooling-off rights (for example a 14-day cooling-off period on a first subscription in the UK/EU).

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, or something has gone wrong with your billing, get in touch and we will put it right.

How to cancel

• Manage your subscription from the billing section in your account settings; or
• open a support ticket in the app (Help) and we will cancel it for you.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket in the app (Help) with the email address on your account and a short note about your request. We aim to respond within a few days.
